Do not underestimate this 20-minute workout!

I never knew what to expect before I started my training sessions, other than that it was a 20-minute workout which fit well with my busy schedule. Now I train at least once a week. I’m very happy with the results so far and with the experience that my trainer has in EMS. One thing is for sure – do not underestimate this 20-minute workout!
