Do not underestimate this 20 min workout!!!

I never knew what to expect before I started my training sessions, other than a 20 min workout which fits well my busy schedule. Now I have already done 8 sessions and I train at least once a week. I’m very happy with the results so far and with the experience that my trainer Chantal has in EMS. One thing for sure, do not underestimate this 20 min workout!!!
