Winter in Sydney can be tricky; sometimes, the morning is cold while the evenings are quite warm. If you’re not fussy about timings and rather select the time of day that’s warmer so that you can work out outdoors, then our personal trainers can accommodate that as well.

Your timing preference also does not need to be based on the weather. During winter, many people find that their mood dips at different times during the day.
